Tailor-made training
I build training plans on data — performance tests, the lactate curve and ongoing evaluation of your form. I work with everyone individually, whether you are a junior, an adult racer or a recreational rider. We stay in regular contact and your training is continuously adjusted to your current performance and season goals.
Every cyclist is different. Some aim for race results, others want to get through their first season without overtraining, or simply finish their first race without suffering. In both cases the approach is equally thorough — training designed to deliver measurable progress while making long-term sense.

Collaboration process
Initial Consultation
At our first meeting we'll go over your goals, experience and schedule. We'll review your training history, I'll outline the next steps and answer all your questions.
Setting Up Cooperation
We'll set up your apps and devices for a smooth start. I'll dig into your training history to find room to improve, and together we'll map out the season around races and downtime.
Initial Tests
You'll take functional tests, and I'll recommend a lactate test and possibly spirometry. Based on the results I'll set your training zones and tailor the plan to your strengths and weaknesses.
Start Of Preparation
Once testing and setup are done, we get to work. I'll build you a flexible training plan and share each week's sessions with you.
Ongoing Evaluation
I regularly review your progress, current form and response to training load. The plan keeps adapting to your results and the time you actually have.
Continuous Guidance
I'm here for you the whole way — ask me about training, nutrition or recovery. My goal is to teach you to train so well that one day you won't need me.
