Privacy Policy

The operator of the website Ing. Michal Šípek on the website biketraining.cz (ICO: 21382565) processes personal data provided by the Buyer for the purpose of fulfilling and additionally confirming the Terms and Conditions.

01Basic Provisions

  1. The personal data controller according to Section 5 letter o) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data is Ing. Michal Šípek, ICO 21382565 with its registered office at Bolehošť 173, 517 31;
  2. The contact details of the controller are: e-mail: trener@biketraining.cz, tel.: +420 778 440 735;
  3. Personal data means all information identifying a natural or legal person.

02Sources of Processed Personal Data

  1. The Controller processes personal data that the buyer has provided with their consent and that the Controller has obtained on the basis of the performance of the Purchase Agreement and the processing of the electronic order on the biketraining.cz website;
  2. The Controller processes only the buyer's identification and contact details necessary for the performance of the Purchase Agreement;
  3. The Controller processes personal data for the purpose of delivery, settlement of payments and necessary communication between the contracting parties for the period required by specific legal regulations. Personal data will not be published and will not be transferred to other countries.

03Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The Controller processes the buyer's personal data for the following reasons:

  1. For the purpose of registration on the website biketraining.cz pursuant to Section 13(1)(a) of Act No. 18/2018 on Personal Data Protection;
  2. For the purpose of processing the buyer's electronic order (name, address, e-mail, telephone number);
  3. For the purpose of exercising the rights and fulfilling the obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the Controller;
  4. The provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the performance of the purchase agreement. Without the provision of personal data, the agreement cannot be concluded.

04Personal Data Storage Period

  1. The Controller stores personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and fulfill the obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the Controller, and for a period of 3 years after the termination of the contractual relationship;
  2. After the personal data retention period has expired, the Controller is obliged to delete the data.

05Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

The third parties receiving the buyer's personal data are the Controller's subcontractors. The services of these subcontractors are strictly related to the successful performance of the purchase agreement and the electronic order between the Controller and the buyer.

The Controller's subcontractors are:

  • WEDOS Internet, a.s (webhosting);
  • Česká pošta, s.p. (delivery service);
  • Google Analytics (website analytics);

06Rights of the Buyer

Under the conditions set out in the Act, the buyer has the right:

  1. To access their personal data;
  2. To rectification of personal data;
  3. To erasure of personal data;
  4. To object to the processing;
  5. To data portability;
  6. To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or electronically at the e-mail address: trener@biketraining.cz;
  7. To file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that their right to personal data protection has been violated.

07Personal Data Security

  1. The Controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to secure the buyer's personal data;
  2. The Controller has taken technical measures to secure the data storage of personal data, in particular securing access to the computer with a password, using antivirus software and performing regular computer maintenance.

08Final Provisions

  1. By submitting an electronic order on the biketraining.cz website, the buyer confirms that they have been made aware of the personal data protection terms and that they accept them in their entirety;
  2. The buyer agrees to these rules by checking the checkbox in the order form;
  3. The Controller is entitled to change these Rules at any time. It is obliged to publish the new version of the Rules on its website.

These rules come into effect on 1.2.2024
